Is Blossom allergy-friendly?


Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that all products at any given month would be hypo-allergic/non-allergic but this is something we're working towards rectifying. If you're passionate about an allergy-friendly box let us know! We recommend you check all product guidelines or ingredient lists before use.




Will I be able to personalise my box?


We're passionate about the personal in personal care. If you have any feedback on how we can add customisation as a feedback, let us know.

Service & Subscription

Can I cancel my subscription?


As we're still in the initial stages of our launch, we will not be able to issue refunds. If you're having problems with your box, we'll do our best to help out.




Can I exchange my box?


We don't accept exchanges, unfortunately, but if you notice any damage upon delivery shoot us an email and see if we'll be able to help out.




Can I test out the box for the first month?


During our pilot launch, Blossom boxes are only being sold as a three-month bundle but stay tuned we'll be announcing monthly individual boxes soon!




What payment type will be accepted?


We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and Amex.





Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my box to arrive?


Your package will arrive within 5-7 business days of the pre-order cut off date (21st January). Check your email for more information. If you have any further inquires, contact us here.




Can I speed up the order with expedited shipping?


We'd love to help you with this. Contact us for more info.




I live outside Hong Kong, can I still subscribe?


Blossom is currently only available to those living in Hong Kong but we're working hard on expanding so please keep checking in.
